Digital Upload

Beginning with the 2010-2011 season, we are using PhotoContest Pro to manage our digital competitions. This will greatly streamline our competition. At the special upload site, your username will be your email address. Please note that this means your username will not be the same as the one for this SJCC website. The first time you go there, find the login page and request that your password to be emailed to you. Once logged in, you may change your password (you may also change your email if necessary). NOTE: If your email is not found in the system, then you just joined and we haven't had a chance to add it yet. Please email Mike Riddle, who administers the upload page, to get it added. Mike's email is mhriddle@verizon.net (also available in the Board Member section of the Member page).

Go to PhotoContestPro.com to upload.

The important points to know are:
  • Deadline is Monday midnight (the day before the meeting)
  • JPEG only
  • sRGB color space
  • Fit your image within 1050 pixels wide x 1050 pixels high. If smaller, will be upsized (you don't want that to happen!). If larger it will be downsized (you'll get better quality if you do this yourself)
  • The system is fully automated through software and we will not be able to
    help you with problems or enter pictures after a contest’s closing date.
